Arbequina is a small, smooth fruit that matures slowly and late, due to extreme weather conditions. Its extra virgin oil, with clear green tones, offers an unforgettable taste originating from the territory itself. Hardness and contrasts obtain an intense and complex fruit with extraordinary fineness.
Dense and full-bodied, our oil from green arbequinas is noteworthy for its intense, sweet, fruity tone. It offers slightly bitter tones in the mouth and a medium spicy touch.
Our single variety Argudell , a native variety of the Empordá, is intense and with Empordà personality .
This area was the first place on the Iberian Peninsula to cultivate olive groves, more than 2,000 years ago. The tramuntana, the brisk northern wind, is another element decisively forming the personality of Argudell extra virgin olive oil.
Clean and extremely pleasant, it is an intense fruity-green extra virgin oil packed with personality. It offers slightly bitter and spicy tones in the mouth, wonderfully balanced with the fresh fruity flavour.
